I am a daughter of the King, a beautiful gem in the diadem of His hand.
I am a wife, ministry leader, artist, dog mom, sister, aunt, and friend. My favorite word is kintsukuroi – a reminder that in Christ, restoration after brokenness doesn’t diminish worth; it enhances it. By His stripes, I am healed and I remember that I am valuable in His eyes.
I am created for a purpose.
I battled with my own feelings of unworthiness and a lack of purpose but my personal story fuels my passion for empowering my sisters. As a Pastoral Counselor, co-owner of a counseling and coaching agency, author, and podcaster, I bring a multi-faceted purview to the healing journey.

EmpowHER to Heal is not just a platform…
This is a commitment to the restoration of Black women who have survived trauma. As a trauma survivor myself, I intimately understand the struggles of feeling judged and less than. My mission is to create a safe, confidential space where brokenness and mistakes no longer define your…or anyone’s…future. It’s a space where one thing is clear: as long as you’re alive, you have purpose.
I am…we are…the lived example of possibility. I am not just a guide but living proof that healing and thriving after living through the worst of life is possible.
This is a journey toward restoration, resilience, and the rediscovery of purpose. I invite you to take action: schedule a consultation to explore coaching possibilities and join our vibrant virtual and in-person community.
